Is your LGX/LGX Lite eating gears? Is your chamber just too warm? Is your name Jamie?

These gears might be for you.

They do not come without some drawbacks. For example, ensure you use the included plastic washers to prevent galvanic corrosion. If you want to print boring things like PLA, you may have issues - heat transfers from motor to filament much better through metal. If you do this, don't run over 0.5A, and even then, might not be as good as you hope.

Above all, just like in life, without lubrication you will have a bad time.

Be sure to use the included lubricant.

If you have a "non standard" motor on your LGX lite, e.g. one with a brass drive gear, you will have no more drivegear after a time.

The standard LGX Lite motor has a steel gear.

Now that that's out of the way, these will enable you to run harder, and possibly with more current.
