Shipping Policy

Domestic (UK) Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 


Shipping rates & delivery estimates
 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, and if applicable your tracking number(s) will be sent at the same time. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 


Damages

 

If your parcel arrives damaged, please inform us as soon as possible. Please retain all packaging and take pictures of the state of the parcel when it arrived with you. We will need this information to make a claim, should it arise.

International Shipping Policy

 

Orders will be sold and shipped on a VAT Excluded basis, you will likely need to pay VAT to your local courier company on delivery.


Orders outside the UK/EU, to the rest of the world, will be shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis, you may be liable for import duties based upon your local laws.


If you refuse to pay the import duties on a parcel shipped to you, then we will refund the order (minus the delivery costs) when the products are returned to us.
